HMPV Virus in China
5 years after the covid-19 epidemic, a new human metapneumovirus (HMPV) threat has caused panic. From China, there are videos showing the overflow of patients in hospitals. It is being claimed in a social media post that due to the outbreak of the virus, there is a shortage of space in hospitals and cemeteries.
Along with HMPV, Influenza A and Mycoplasma Pneumonia and covid-19 are also active. It is important to note that no credible report has yet confirmed these posts. Chinese health authorities and the World Health Organization have not issued any warnings about a new epidemic. However, many people have also claimed that China is hiding its real situation.
What is HMPV Virus ?
Human metapneumovirus is also similar to some corona virus. It affects people of all ages, young children, the elderly and the elderly. This is a respiratory virus, which was first identified in 2001. However, it is spreading rapidly in China. This virus affects those people whose immune system is weak.
