This escalation occurs as mediators initiate a renewed effort to establish a ceasefire aimed at concluding the ongoing conflict that has persisted for 15 months.
According to medics and local residents, at least 17 individuals who lost their lives were victims of airstrikes targeting two residences in Gaza City. The first of these attacks occurred in the early hours, leading to the devastation of the Al-Ghoula family’s residence.

On Saturday, another attack on a dwelling in Gaza City led to the fatalities of five people, according to the Palestinian Civil Emergency Service. Additionally, there are concerns that at least ten others may be trapped under the debris.
